Scan isn’t reading my problem

Use a clear, well-lit photo. Crop tightly to one problem. You can also type the problem if the scan struggles. See how to scan organic chemistry problems.

Restore purchases

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Cancel subscription

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Organic Chemistry AI → Cancel. Apple manages billing. You keep Pro until the end of the current period.

Are calculators and study tools free?

Yes. Calculators, the pH and unsaturation explorer, quizzes, flashcards, and the formula reference stay free.
